Although we maintain a registered office in Hoedspruit, Limpopo, our team works remotely 95% of the time, allowing us to operate with low overheads and pass meaningful cost savings on to our clients — without compromising professionalism, governance, or service quality.

Founder – AnneMarie de Bruin:
AnneMarie de Bruin is the Founder and Principal Advisor, bringing extensive experience in financial management, management consulting, and financial operations across a range of industries. She holds a BCom in Accounting Sciences (UNISA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (NWU), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the North-West University Business School.
AnneMarie’s professional credentials include designation as a Certified Business Accountant in Practice (CIBA), Small Business Consulting certification, APAC certification, registration as a Tax Practitioner, Power BI qualification, and a certificate in ESG Reporting. Her expertise spans strategic finance, performance optimisation, governance, and sustainability reporting, enabling her to support clients with practical, insight-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and long-term value creation.
In addition to her professional work, AnneMarie is actively involved in non-profit initiatives focused on environmental and conservation causes, reflecting her commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
Senior Accountant – Amor de Beer
Amor de Beer is an Accountant within the firm, specialising in financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting for small and growing businesses. She holds an accounting degree from the North-West University (NWU) and brings strong technical capability in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
Her areas of expertise include VAT and sales tax administration, payroll processing, reconciliations, statutory returns, financial analysis, and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS for SME up to review level. Amor has experience supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions, including South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada, with a particular focus on indirect tax compliance and regulatory accuracy.
Amor is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is currently progressing toward the full ACCA qualification, targeted between September and December 2026.
